Congratulations, and welcome to The Hadley Institute for Troubled Youth. You were chosen above your peers as the best possible candidate for the position(s) for which you have applied.

You will be contacted within a week by our Administrations Office to arrange the details of your departure for the Institute. The Institute will cover all travel expenses, including air fare if you live out of state. If air travel is necessary, the Institute will cover transportation to the airport, all ticket costs and any fees incurred from luggage exceeding airline regulations. A driver will meet you at the airport to assist with luggage and to escort you to the premises.

If you live within the state of New York, the Institute will cover travel expenses including fuel, hotel accommodations and all meals. You may also request to have a driver pick you up at your residence if you do not have a vehicle or do not wish to bring your vehicle to the school.

Upon arriving at the Institute, you will receive a guided tour of the facility and meet your fellow faculty members and supervisors. Staff apartments are located on the third floor of the Dormitory building.

All staff members will be expected to write their observations in the [url=http://www.stcrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=95.0]Student Files[/url] when the staff member administers discipline or healthcare, or when the the student's behavior deserves to be noted.

Please make sure you are familiar with the list of [url=http://www.stcrpg.com/prohibited.html]Prohibited Items[/url] for the students prior to your arrival. Faculty members caught providing these prohibited items to students without explicit permission from the Headmaster will be suspended and/or terminated.
