I have managed to achieve an awful lot in my short time on this earth so far. I am only twenty five, yet I already have a full degree in botany and horticulture and am qualified to teach them, as well as having that all-important real-world experience. I am something of a prodigy in the field. I have worked in various different garden centres and have a wide range of skills that I know I could bring to the role, including excellent people management abilities and a thorough knowledge of the job at hand. I am also fluent in English, Welsh and Romanian.

How do you feel your previous employment will benefit your ability to perform in the position(s) for which you are applying?:
Working for the Hadley Institute helped me learn more about the different mental and psychological issues that people have and how to help manage them. Even though I have always had excellent social abilities thanks to my upbringing, my time at Hadley taught me more than I ever believed it could have. Even though my job at Hadley was teaching, I ran the greenhouses and managed the gardens of the school and it was that which cemented my want to carry on doing the same. I adore teaching, but the plants are my true passion and Hadley has given me the skills that I would need in order to turn my passion into a successful business.

The Hadley Institute where I worked and resided has been closed, and I find myself not only unemployed but homeless as well. I have worked with the staff and residents of Hadley for several months now, and I wish to continue helping them in any way I can. As many of them are relocating to Green Ridge, I wish to do so as well.

Green Ridge Island houses a psychiatric rehabilitation hospital, and as such, living and working amongst those with mental health issues would be typical practice. Are you comfortable with this?:
Very much so, yes.
