I had a troubled youth myself so I know what a lot of the Island residence can be going through. I have seen my fair share of therapy sessions and dark days. I'm guaranteed not to be phased by much of anything at this point.

It's nearly the same job, just with a bigger area. I know if you talk to my superior, he'll agree I'm good at my job. Both the physical portions and the gentler pieces. I'm very professional and practiced.

As I got older I acted out–I was sexually abused by a babysitter as a kid–getting in with a bad crowd, doing drugs, even self-harming a little. I abused weed and cocaine. At nineteen I was still on drugs. One night while wandering around high I was jumped and raped by a complete stranger.

All of the sudden it all clicked in. I was spending all this time numbing myself and feeling sorry for myself instead of actually taking care of myself. I reported my rape and went into rehab. I want to get out in time to testify against my rapist but they never caught him. When I came out clean I needed a purpose. I started learning to defend myself. From then on I had this passion and drive I'd never experienced before. It was exactly what I needed and has made me into a woman that is no longer pitied.

I got caught a few times when I was a juvenile. The charges were for possession (once at 15 and once at 17) and Breaking and Entering(at 17). All due to my drug habit naturally.

I sent a month in juvenile detention for the Break and Enter. The rest was community service hours.

Have you ever knowingly committed a crime for which you were not convicted or sentenced? If yes, please explain below:
There was one break and enter I was never charged for. I didn't have the guts to come forward at the time but I did very carefully mail back what little I hadn't managed to pawn. The BnE was sortly before I went to rehab and the mailing happened after I got out clean.

Why have you chosen to relocate to Green Ridge Island? Please explain below:
I've been a loyal employ to this group for some time now. The mission and the welfare of these kids mean a great deal to me so I was happy to move along with them once again.

Green Ridge Island houses a psychiatric rehabilitation hospital, and as such, living and working amongst those with mental health issues would be typical practice. Are you comfortable with this?:
As I said perviously, this sort of atmosphere wasn't entirely unfamiliar to me before I came to Hadley's location in Louisiana. It's only grown more and more run of the mill for me.

Due to the rapid change-over of locations and staff positions between Hadley's Institute for Troubled Youth, the town of Green Ridge, and St. Christina's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centre I regret to say I didn't have much time to access the position I transferred into. I'm an writing his letter to formally request a transfer into the position from that of a Green Ridge Island Security Officer to that of the Head of Facility Security for St. Christina's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centre.

As one of the most senior officers coming over from Hadley I'm exceptionally well prepared to take on the intricacies and issues that comes with the position. I originally applied to Hadley and followed the students and staff through many moves because the work that has been done through these groups is something that's important to me. Now–in light of recent events both in my life and on this island– I came to realize my mistake and the fact that I took a step away from my calling in a way.
