The scars are mostly shrapnel scars on my arms and legs, nothing that will be seen while I'm at work.

Head of security at The Hadley Institute. I have worked there since September of 2009, initially as a guard, until I worked my way up to the head of security.

I have been in command of a large security team for the past year, dealing with psychiatric patients in a controlled environment. I have the training and experience required to ensure that no harm comes to them through the actions of themselves, others or the guards under my command. I believe you will need an experienced hand at the helm to help to deal with these kids, especially if they will be associating with the public.

How do you feel your previous employment will benefit your ability to perform in the position(s) for which you are applying?:

I have experience in commanding a security team, and given the chance to control my own staffing, I can assure you that there will not be any trouble affecting Green Ridge while I am present. There will be no repeat of the problems Hadley suffered. This experience is on top of the training and experience I built up while I was serving in the Royal Air Force Regiment. As a part of the British military, I received world class training, and in combat I was quick to learn how to think on my feet, making decisions that saved the lives of the men under my command. Experience is crucial in this line of work, and you aren't going to find anyone with more than me.

I have served with no. 51 squadron, no. 32 squadron and II squadron in a variety of defensive and offensive roles. these included patrols, both vehicle and foot based, and involved showing the local population a level of respect. Judging by the actions of your security personnel at Hadley, this is something that is somewhat lacking among GR personnel, and is experience I will be glad to pass along.

While I do not have any dedicated law enforcement training, I have been head of security at The hadley institute for a long time now, and if given full control of my team, it's recruitment and budget, I can assure you that Green Ridge will be safer than hadley ever was.
