I am an experienced surgeon and am comfortable working under stress. As the only surgeon at Hadley I was capable of performing the procedures necessary with only what the facility had to offer which was not much.

I may be a general surgeon but I have done research into more specialized areas, allowing me a basic knowledge and this will assist me in working with those who are more specialized should they need help. I also have worked as an administrative assistant which was a refresher course in just how much paper work comes with the job. I feel that this helps me on not only the medical side, but the office side as well.

How do you feel your previous employment will benefit your ability to perform in the position(s) for which you are applying?:
I feel that working at Hadley helped me better my abilities as a surgeon because I did not have much to work with. The facility did not have a proper operating room but I was called upon to close the self inflicted wounds of some of the students as well as those hurt in accidents while on and off campus. I had to think quickly and work with whatever I had on hand, sometimes needing the assistance of others to get the job done and save the life of the patient.

I admit to jaywalking and taking a candy bar from the shops when I was young but since then nothing. ((Harry’s has a lengthy list of unconvicted crimes but he will admit to none for in his mind he’s done nothing wrong. These include but are not limited to: Slander, assault, battery, kidnapping, rape, forgery, and identity theft.))
