I would first attempt to diffuse the situation by talking to the patient in order to claim him/her. If that proved ineffective, I would radio for assistance and if the situation called for it, I would use physical and/or chemical restraints on the patient to prevent them from harming themselves or anyone else.

If your immediate supervisor instructed you to complete a task to which you felt morally opposed, how would you handle the situation?:
I have no illusions about the job that I will be performing. Nor do I have any illusions regarding the nature of the work being done by this company. I have no issues with following orders given by an individual in a supervisory position, as long as that individual is competent and the task does not undermine the prime directive of the work that we are attempting to accomplish.

I would correct the situation and then inform their superior.
