I have been involved in the psychiatric community since residency. I have worked in numerous psychiatric inpatient facilities, own and oversee two clinics in New York State, and have worked as Head of Psychiatry at Hadley for nine years.

Quite simply, yes. All of the skills I have honed over my lifetime are specifically suited to this unique employment position. You will not find another member of the psychiatric community with my speciality and experience.

For a number of years I worked for a notable, rival pharmaceutical company, before taking a few years off to focus on my own two psychiatric clinics in New York State. I then spent nine years as Head of Psychiatry at The Hadley Institute for Troubled Youth.

My previous work experience is my life's work. In order to further and protect that there is simply no other position I would accept, nor do I believe there are any others qualified enough to continue it. Simply put, I mean to continue my work.

Objectively, professionally, and according wholly to the situation and the patient in question. No one method works for all patients.

Once again, this would be situational and objective. Should said supervisor be found to be incompetent and/or inexperienced, I would take the leadership role upon myself to decide what was best for the preservation of our research, the company, and the patients, respectively.

I would fire them, at the very least.
